STILLWATER, MN — Washington County officials have once again delayed their plans to close Highway 36 due to "cold and wet weather."
The county initially planned to close Highway 36 April 22-23 so crews could pour concrete on the bridge that will allow Manning Avenue to cross the highway, but were forced to postpone that project by a week due to unfavorable weather forecasts.
