In DuPage County's recently published 2021 Solid Waste and Recycling Annual Report, Lisle is listed as having the highest recycling rate at 43% out of all 28 DuPage County communities. This is the second year that Lisle has achieved this designation, which is made possible by the collaborative community effort in focusing on recycling.
