CHICAGO — The WNBA defending champion Sky are set to host the All-Star Game at Wintrust Area on July 10.
The league also plans to debut "WBNA Live," a 2-day event held outdoors at McCormick Place that is billed as the "intersection of WNBA, pop culture and entertainment."
WNBA Commissioner Cathy Engelbert said she's excited about the league's first All-Star Game in Chicago, which she called "a city that showed such electric support for the Chicago Sky and the WNBA throughout last season and especially during the WNBA Finals."
