BOSTON — Gov. Charlie Baker on Tuesday announced new capacity restrictions on businesses ahead of an expected surge in coronavirus cases over the holidays. Starting Saturday, capacity limits will be lowered to 25 percent for all businesses for two weeks. Indoor gathering limits are also lowered to 10 people and outdoor limits are lowered to 25 people.
