Russian Tortoise in need of rehome

**No holds, the first person willing & able to meet me will be the new owner.** I have an adult male Russian Tortoise who I've had for nearly 3 years. He's been a great addition to the family and so much fun. I love him to death but due to unexpected health problems I am looking to rehome him to someone who can give him the care I used to be able to (mainly the ability to let him spend time outdoors when it's warm). I would ask a rehoming fee to ensure proper care can be provided. He would come with his supplies (lighting, hides, substrate, etc) and his indoor enclosure (a 4x1x1 wooden tortoise table) but the indoor enclosure was never meant to be a permanent home as he spent most of his time outdoors with me. I'm willing to meet in a public place in surrounding areas. Please message me for more details.
