Seeking highly motivated, reliable, self-starters who have an eye for detail and want to advance our home check services! INTERVIEWING NOW! The Position: Rehabilitate homes with soft washes & pressure washes, window washing, and prep work without damage to the home. Identify dry rot, termite damage, sun damage, paint failure, and more. Execute highly detailed brightening and stripping techniques for decks and other wood surfaces. Work outdoors and with your hands daily. Give back to your community by giving a new look to your neighbor's home. Interact with customers often. Use an iPad to report on jobs, update data and fill out forms. M-F schedule, 32-45 hours a week (weather permitting). No selling or scheduling is required. About You: Punctual & reliable Physically capable of standing, bending, twisting, lifting, and working on ladders/scaffolding Not afraid of heights You make safety a top priority and report issues to be resolved as a team Thoughtful - you never walk away from a job site that's messy or unclean Independent but also enjoys working with people You stay positive and ask for help when you need it Keen eye for detail The ability to use hand tools with precision is required Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license is required Ok with flexible work locations around SLO County Some college is preferred Dedicated to making this a career Career Tracks: Wash Job Lead, Inspection Crew Leader, Paint Crew Leader, Junior Sales Estimator, and more.
