College of the Atlantic seeks a full-time weekend custodian. Some key responsibilities of this position include cleaning between 12,000 – 16,000 square feet of academic space including bathrooms and common areas, assisting in the setup and breakdown of special events, and maintaining the inventory of cleaning supplies needed for assigned spaces and ordering supplies in consultation with the Head Custodian. A high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 6 months of related experience is required; some experience with internal and external painting; understanding of and enthusiasm for College of the Atlantic’s mission and programs is preferred.
