Description
MUST BE VACCINATED AND SPEAK ENGLISH WELL ENOUGH TO COMMUNICATE WITH OCCUPANTS AND OTHER STAFF.
Day Porter duties include, but are not limited to:
Cleaning and maintaining common areas (minor cleaning, restocking, and trash removal).
Sanitize high touch areas.
Assisting with emergency clean-ups or special requests.
Works alongside property management to complete janitorial related projects and requests.
Must be able to communicate in English.
Must be reliable.
Must be able to lift 15-20 lbs.
