Position: 1099 Contractor Start Date: ASAP Employment Type: Part Time (30 – 35 Hours / Week) Pay: Above Federal Minimum Wage Job Overview We are a small local business that is looking to immediately hire two to three 1099 contractors. We are primarily looking for people who would like to grow alongside us, and our business as it continues to expand. Whether you are looking for steady, ongoing work or just a temporary summer job – we are both flexible and accommodating. However, applicants who have a strong work ethic, and are responsible, punctual, and candid would be a great fit for our team. Have a valid driver’s license and insurance Have a reliable vehicle (truck, cargo van, or trailer preferred) Have a working phone with cellular service and a data plan (IOS preferred) Preference to those that live within the perimeter Have strong work ethic, and be reliable, punctual, and candid Previous experience working for Jump, Lime, Wheels, Bird, etc. is a plus Familiarity with mobile applications Responsibilities At the beginning of each shift, pick up all necessary tools (e.g., cleaning cloths, spray cleaner, portable vacuum cleaner, etc.) Rebalance equipment over a certain battery percentage (> 40%) or in low foot traffic areas Remove dead batteries from equipment under a certain battery percentage (≤ 40%), and replace them with fully charged batteries At the end of each shift, bring all dead batteries in possession to the office, and plug them up to charge At the end of each shift, self-report total work output to management Maintain specific, daily key performance indicators (KPIs) Job Perks Weekly pay periods Competitive pay* Flexible scheduling Bonuses offered No micromanagement Paid training period *To be discussed during interview
