Seeking Bass player for rock project Guitar player and drummer with over ten years of playing experience are looking for an experienced bass player to add to the mix. We’re in the process of writing songs and want to start fresh with somebody new and hungry. There is no pay for any of us at the moment as we are in the beginning phase of the project. We’re looking for a third person to be creative and bond with. We hope to start performing by summer time. Some of our influences: Slowdive Nirvana Cocteau Twins Kurt Vile The Horrors Brian Jonestown Massacre The Cult New Order Requirements are as follows: -Must be between the ages of 25-35 -Gender/race is no issue. We are respectful and appreciate people of all pronouns. If you are racist or homophobic in any way do not respond and go take a permanent swim. -Must be skilled/fast learner. 5yrs+ experience preferred -Must have gear. A good quality bass and a big enough amplifier to play with a loud/powerful drummer. (Half stack preferred) -Must be positive and productive to the process. If you’ve got a short fuse or a bad attitude please don’t respond. -No drunks or drug addicts. No problem with a couple beers or some herb but if you’ve got a problem keeping your shit together please don’t respond. Never posted an ad for this type of thing.
