chet & gheez *born july 31 2021 *needs to be neutered *mom comes from a line of heelers, dad is australian shepherd + border collie *does not have experience with children or cats chet and gheezy are healthy, playful, loyal, snuggly, smart, water loving, protective pups. i am not necessarily looking to rehome them together unless someone felt fully available for that job. they are both potty trained, and know some basic commands. chet is a little more high energy than gheezy, nonetheless, i really want them both to go to active & loving homes where people have experience with these types of breeds. gheezy will hangout with you and just be so glad to be leaning up against you. he will let you know when he is ready to change it up though, cue active lifestyle, etc. i have no doubt they’ll thrive with learning tons of new things and adapting to new homes. these are very smart dogs! it absolutely amazes me. they both have resistance, and when it comes to new people, they need assistance in knowing when to protect and when to simmer down. they get excited about cats, but have never gotten close enough to explore that and learn to be gentle, etc. they have spent a lot of time with chickens and pigs and some other dogs. gheezy is a little more dominant, but keep in mind he listens very well. we are located in drain / cottage grove oregon area. a rehoming fee of $80 is the idea but willing to negotiate for incredible rehoming situations! i want to ensure they don’t end up not taken care of, so perhaps a form of some sort, stating that i will get them back if something goes wrong, etc… i can be reached for any further information
