Supplement your income while working for a wonderful family owned and operated premier 55+ Manufactured Home Park. We are in need of a part time Maintenance/Groundskeeper/Janitorial person.  This part time schedule will consist of three weekdays per week from 8am to 4:30pm with the possibility of additional hours when needed. Work ethic is imperative, you’ll need to take direction well and have a friendly demeanor towards our residents and staff. This is a physical job, heavy lifting, standing often, moving often is required. Duties include but aren’t limited to: -Assisting the property owner in all projects assigned -Mowing, blowing, edging, planting, weeding, general curb appeal -Completing assigned resident maintenance requests in a timely manner -Assisting maintenance staff with various duties & request fulfillments -Household garbage pick up for approximately 200+ homes -Debris pick up (yard debris & construction debris) -Cleaning Rec Hall, bathrooms, pool hall, laundry room, misc. cleaning -Pool & spa management & upkeep A valid driver’s license is required. You must be at least18 years of age. A complete background check will be conducted. We are a drug and alcohol free workplace. Starting wage $16 per hour.
