We are seeking investors, entrepreneurs and community building people and medical professionals who want to provide direct services with a regional organization that are well connected and able to serve the most marginalized communities, lifting them out of health disparities, chronic health conditions and poverty and into good health, prevention and economic vitality throughout 4 states.We provide coordinated and multi-sector of community partner networks and have established working contracts with other business alliances that are catalyzing health and economic development in the community neighborhoods.
