Help w/ Honda CRV

Someone helped me change my starter which had quit working. Immediately after, my car started idling weird, if I pressed and then released the gas, it would rev on it's own. When I drive and depress the gas, it jerks when it downshifts. Sort of like it's haunted. Check engine light is one. It threw the code for the fuel injection throttle body, which has been replaced. Same issue. I took it to another shop and they checked the starter, replaced the throttle body again, checked for air leaks, and replaced the ECM and reprogrammed it. Now I have no idea what's the problem. Please let me know if you are a CRV expert and know what is causing this and how to fix it. Please let me know your credentials and how much you would charge to fix this. Thank you!
