A small general contracting company looking for a reliable entry level laborer / tradesperson who's looking to gain experience in high-end construction. There is a lot of opportunity for growth and learning within the company as we have a woodshop space and various jobs around the Seattle Area. By self-performing lots of our own carpentry work and cabinetry, the ideal laborer wishes to excel and build a career in the construction industry as an eventual carpenter / or manager no matter their level of experience upon entry. Candidate should: -have a valid drivers license -be able to lift 60+ lbs -be on time -have written and verbal communication skills -present themselves well and be organized -be interested in architecture / engineering -have a willingness to problem solve and learn complex construction detailing It's not required but it is a plus if candidates have some amount of hand tools or power tools.
