Construction Staffing Professionals is a women’s owned business that connects construction company’s to construction skill trade workers, both temporary and contract work. We believe the key is hiring, training, and helping workers grow in the trades and are passionate about helping our construction workers. We have many resources available to give our workers the opportunity to work with industry experts and obtain an OSHA 10 certification. We are looking for a hardworking, motivated Construction Laborer to join our team. If hired, you will be an integral part in helping support our customers with their construction projects. The duties and responsibilities are all geared toward maintaining a clean, safe and efficient construction site while also supporting the overall project. The list of duties and responsibilities for a laborer on any given day may include the following: • Cleaning and preparing construction sites • Loading and unloading materials and equipment • Building and taking down scaffolding and temporary structures • Digging trenches, compacting earth and backfilling holes • Following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans • Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties • Promote a positive work environment and ability to work with others • Promote a safe work environment Qualifications: • 1 year experience as a construction laborer • Proven ability to work safely • Able to lift up to 50lbs safely • Reliable transportation • Must possess unquestionable integrity and a strong work ethic Pay: • $17 - $22/hour (depends on experience)
