F/T ON-SITE Maintenance Technician - Salary commensurate with experience will include free rent MONDAY - FRIDAY AND ON CALL HOURS AS NECESSARY Must have own tools and reliable transportation. We are looking for a team player with strong skills in: - CARPENTRY/CABINET INSTALLATION - DRYWALL (install/repair) - PAINTING (roll and spray) - TILE KITCHEN AND BATH - LIGHT PLUMBING - KITCHENS/BATHS for Sinks, D/W and Garbage Disposals - COMPLETE KITCHEN REBUILD - CABINETS, FLOORING (CERAMIC AND VINYL) - LIGHT ELECTRICAL - CEILING REPAIRS - WINDOW AND DOOR INSTALLATIONS - HVAC A PLUS Must be able to multitask between make ready unit and occupied unit maintenance tickets with a pleasant attitude.
