Description
Directing or training workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures;
Maintaining current electrician’s license or identification card to meet governmental regulations;
Troubleshooting electrical components, wiring diagrams, transformers, motors, panels, and circuits;
Installing power supply wiring and conduit such as: EMT, O-CAL, Rigid conduit, MC cable, strut, cable trays;
Inspecting systems, equipment, or components to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes;
Terminate;
Pulling wire;
Install fixtures;
Bend Pipe;
Bend Conduit.
Requirements:
High standard of integrity and professionalism;
Ability to follow electrical code manuals to install and repair electrical systems;
Valid driver’s license;
Reliable transportation;
4 years’ experience in electrical project installations;
Position requires electricians hand tools;
Advanced electrical knowledge required;
Have working knowledge of programs;
Drug free at all times;
Work in all elements (heat, cold, rain, snow, etc.) daily;
Perform work at heights from ladders, scaffolds, aerial lifts, cat walks, roofs, or other areas occasionally or as job requires;
Able to positively identify colors of wires;
Work required schedule (may be required to work nights and weekends to meet construction deadlines or handle emergencies);
Understand and perform basic math functions and tape measurement.
