Ground Level Stump - Need to Be Lower

Hello, Need someone to take a tree stump (13 Inches wide) and ground level to cut a few more inches LOWER. Want to plant grass and ground level in not good. I Live in Winsted and would need someone to actually take a look first. May have to dig around stump so a saw could take it down a little more. Paying ONLY $50
