Hiring a Maintenance Technician for apartment communities in Elk River, Zimmerman, and Princeton. You would be responsible for completing work orders and managing preventative maintenance for residents at these properties. Duties include plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and snow removal. Position is full-time, Monday through Friday. On-call rotation. Mileage paid.
