Looking for 2 Strong individuals for Labor Project

I want to have a wooden, rustic fence installed on my property using trees that are on my property. Not a huge area (approximately 3 to 4 acres) if possible, but mainly a 100'x 200' riding arena, and a 50' round pen. I have a friend who has a machine with a post hole auger, so no manual post hole digging. You will need to own a chainsaw and be able to operate it safely. Steel toed boots are required as well as chain saw chaps, safety glasses, and work gloves. I will allow my crew to use my 4x4 atv to pull 7 ft logs out of the woods - these logs will only be 6"x6"x7foot (roughly). This has been a dream of mine for a long long time and I no longer have the physical capability of doing this myself, so I must hire out. the pay will be cash, and competitive to a union/labor job. This project should take no longer than 80 hours. Please don't respond if you aren't into labor work. Knowing how to do Roofing, Siding, and painting exterior of houses also a plus, if you know how to do these things I will have more projects for you. Please help!! I had one guy hired (or so I thought) a month ago but he decided it was going to be too much work for him to do.
