Quick Photoshop edit needed- text on a JPG/PDF

Hi there, Very quick and simple editing fix needed for a personal project. Someone had previously set up an image for me but they are not available this weekend to fix a couple small errors for me, so turning to Craigslist for assistance. Basically I have an image with a ton of text on it, and there are just a couple typo errors that I need to fix before saving it as the correct-sized print-ready PDF with no other changes. Shouldn't take longer than a few minutes but would be a lifesaver!! It is a bit urgent, so let me know if you're interested via email and your skills/experience with Photoshop. Thank you
