Need Help in Garden to Dig Holes

Hi, I am a homeowner in Bellevue near Lake Sammamish and I really need help in my garden, ASAP. Weekend and week days all work for me! I have many rose plants I have to plant ASAP, but I have dug about six holes in the last 2 days and am exhausted and getting slower. I have an injury which slows me down and won't heal if I keep aggravating it. I'm also a petite woman and have extreme difficulty even lifting a bag of soil from Home Depot. I need a strong garden worker (or two if you have a team) to help me finish digging at least 8-15 holes that are 16x16 inches. The area where I am planting is not difficult soil to break--it's very soft. If you could also help fill the hole with new soil bags I have, that would be great. If you like the work, I can offer you more holes to dig for other plants. If you are interested in additional work in my garden, you can help me remove grass from part of my lawn which is going to be a new flower bed. I have already removed some. It is a 15x5 sqft area, so it would take some time. The sod is very heavy. I have the tools needed for one worker, just need someone very strong who isn't injured and lame like me. :) Name your price per hour or per hole (and help with soil bags) and I will choose whoever gives me the best price. If you could work at least 3 hours per day that would be nice--obviously lunch or rest break is welcome. No drugs or alcohol please.
