3 Brothers Decking, an award-winning Decking company based in Bellevue, is looking to fill immediate openings for Project Managers (115k-150k) Assistant Project Managers (55k-70k) Experienced Builders (50k-70k) Laborers (45k-55k) Qualifications For Project Manager • The candidate will need to be familiar with current building codes • Valid driver’s license • Basic computer and internet skills • Ability to use a smartphone • Ability to lift 80 pounds • Ability to climb on decks that are under construction • Personally, driven and self-motivated Responsibilities • Project Management • Direct customer communication throughout the building process • Communicate with vendors and sub-contractors • Materials procurement • Quality control • Safety management Benefits • Pay: $115,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year • Health insurance • Paid time off We are a local company and offer a competitive salary plus commission-based incentives! Our ideal candidate would have residential construction experience with Trex, Azek, and Fiberon Decking, can work effectively in a collaborative, team-based company and has a proven record of consistently meeting sales goals and objectives. The candidate will need to be familiar with current building codes.
