Description
Artisan's Asylum is a 40,000 sq foot makerspace whose mission is to engage others in the practice of fabrication. As we look towards reopening our doors for members and students, we are seeking entrepreneurial individuals who are hoping to use their artistic, fabrication, and design skills to instruct others. Artisan’s leads the fabrication space in the breadth and depth of our public class offerings, always striving to create quality learning experiences from skilled instructors. What drives our class programming is our excitement for experimentation and curiosity-driven learning. We are growing our instruction team and are looking to offer evening/weekend workshops that spark creativity, discovery, and excitement for couples and small groups to make something to take home. For these classes, we’re looking to create “date-night” experiences in a safe environment at Artisan’s Asylum. The goal of these classes is to create a 1.5- to 2-hour unique experience for small groups to create something together to take home. Teachers have the ability to submit their own curriculum ideas and will work with our team to refine offerings that fit our vibe. Compensation is based on a 50/50 split of ticket sales.
