I need a snow plowing contract, and some handy-person repairs

Description

I’m in Winter Hill. 2-family house, tenants and me, 2-car driveway. I have, in approximate dimensions: -driveway, 30 feet x 30 feet. There will be 2 cars parked there, 1 car may leave before 6 am -sidewalk: 40 feet -walk: 100 feet to the house. (80 to me + 30 to tenant) -stairs to 2 units, 10 stairs 1 foot x 4 feet I may also want the tenant’s deck cleared, 20 x 20 feet. I’m looking for an estimate for a seasonal contract, not by the storm. I’m also looking for someone to do some minor repairs.
