Need to rehome my cat

I'm looking for a good home to rehome my 2 year old short hair domestic cat. he is very friendly and loves to be in a quiet surrounding. He is super shy but once he gets to know you he is so loveable and loves cuddles. He does well with children and bird and is well trained with his litter box. He is a super great cat but unfortunately I'm relocating and landlord doesn't allow pets.
