I have several short term rentals that need cleaning regularly. One person can do most places in 2-3 hours, but some of the bigger places take a full 5 hours. Pay is decent, from $80-$120 per place. The right person could get some good regular work out of it. It's always between 10am and 3pm and there are often 5-10 cleanings per week, although some weeks it will be slower. Most cleanings happen on the weekends. The cleaning requirements are what you'd usually expect..Linens and sheets need to be cleaned between each guest (laundry is on site), appliances, windows, carpets and floors, and bathrooms.
