Company: PorchLight Real Estate Group Title: Cleaning Associate Basic Function: Responsible for the cleanliness of homes that are being placed on the market. PorchLight is looking to add contracted cleaners to our list of preferred vendors who can uphold the PorchLight standard to cleanliness. We are looking to add cleaners in the Denver area, as well as Boulder and Longmont. Contractors can pick schedule of cleans and just have to provide services within designated window. Responsibilities: The Associates’ tasks are to perform various cleaning activities, including cleaning bathrooms, bathroom fixtures, showers, tubs, floors, kitchens, vacuuming carpets, dusting, polishing and other cleaning-related activities dependent on the required cleaning or required checklist (market shine or deep clean). Report any broken items, accidents or injuries promptly to Field Services Supervisor. Secure homes, including locking doors and windows, and activating alarms, without letting pets out. Learn specific cleaning techniques to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Work smarter, not harder. Required to drive to specific locations to perform duties. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and supervisor. Perform other related duties as assigned. Team members are required to take pictures of properties after cleaning to ensure job completeness. These photos will be loaded into our technology for safe keeping. Skills: Must have own transportation Looking for Cleaner in Boulder/Longmont area Organization Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to reach, bend, stoop and kneel Oral communication skills Ability to adjust to a more practical and efficient way of cleaning Ability to keep track of company supplies Some computer skills necessary Punctual Self Motivated
