Maintain property private residents Monday thru Friday Landscaping Painting Gardening Qualifications • Physically able to bend and twist body • Constant kneeling, crouching, squatting, pushing, pulling and walking • Must be able to lift or move objects up to 75 pounds • Employee must be able to work outdoors in the elements such as extreme heat or cold • APPLICANTS MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN HIGH-END LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE OR SIMILAR ROLE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION • Must be able to arrive at work by 8 AM • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States Responsibilities • Los trabajadores son responsables de seguir las instrucciones de los lideres de grupo y supervisores para mantener las propiedades de los clientes utilizando las herramientas y el equipo necesarios • We are looking for energetic and hard-working individuals that are ready to join our team! • Workers are responsible for operating powered equipment such as mowers, chain saws, clippers and edger, etc Benefits • WE PROVIDE OUR EMPLOYEES WITH GREAT WORK CONDITIONS, COMPETITIVE BENEFITS AND STARTING RATE • Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour • Monday to Friday
