Live in apartment building manager

I have a 20 unit apartment building in the alphabet district that I need a live in manager for. The building has 20 studio units with small kitchenettes and shared bathrooms. There are 4 bathrooms The 20 Units share. Managers unit does not have a private bath. The building Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Showing vacant units Posting ads for vacant units Helping with miscellaneous tenant issues Occasionally homeless people come into the building. Dealing with getting them out. Changing the occasional lock Mild repairs like a leaky sink or other small easy fixes. HANDYMAN SKILLS A HUGE PLUS Pay is negotiable and depending on how many responsibilities the manager wants to take on. Possible for more income if the manager wants to be responsible for cleaning as well. pay would be use of the unit plus $200-600 depending on the person, responsibilities etc. Please email me something about yourself resume Etc
