FARM NEEDED FOR FREEDOM/BACHELOR PARTY

I'm going to be as honest as possible: my goal is to rent a big piece of land for a bachelor party taking place the weekend of July 8-10, 2022. This will be a celebration of freedom (i.e. the freedom my good friend is about to lose). There will be around 25 people at this event. We're completely self-sufficient and will bring everything needed for the weekend. Most of the guys are coming from New Hampshire. We will remove 100% of the trash afterwards and there will be no clues that we were ever there. HOWEVER, there are a few things that we're hoping to do which we wanted to clear with you beforehand. First, we want to make a giant bonfire. We'll bring as much wood as we need (but would also be happy to clear brush off your property if you'd like). So, there's going to be a fire circle left behind. Second, people are going to want to drive vehicles around the property. Dirtbikes, quads, trucks, etc. There might be some tire marks. If there's a place you prefer we do our driving that'd be great. Finally, we're offering $2000 cash for the weekend. In addition, we're happy to sign anything saying that we won't hold you liable for bodily harm, property loss, etc. TL;DR: we're looking for the most acres with the fewest rules possible. Let me know if you have some land that meets these criteria! Distance from neighbors is a major bonus.
