Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm. Rotate weekend on-call with other technicians. Must have 3 years experience with carpentry, electrical, plumbing and painting. Must have experience with plaster and lath. Must be fully vaccinated and boosted for Covid19. Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle required. Must have own tools. Must be able to work well alone or with others. Duties include doing daily work orders, unit turnovers, repairs on rental units, grounds keeping. Please reply with resume and work references. Immediate opening.
