Full time permanent position for 106 townhome community in Milford, NH. Respond to service requests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring all assigned requests are completed successfully and promptly. Responsible for safely and efficiently completing assigned duties as follows: Unit turnovers, work orders, preventative maintenance, appliance work, HVAC repairs, electrical, plumbing & kitchen and bath renovations & some painting. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs Must live within 1/2 hour of community for after hour and weekend emergency calls Minor snow removal & cleanliness of grounds Preventative care of equipment & tools Ordering supplies Position requires taking the 24/7 emergency maintenance phone Overtime will be required during snow storms (No plowing necessary) Must have truck and basic hand tools Must have valid driver's license Background & credit check required Must be able to pass drug test Full time employee benefits: Paid vacation time Paid personal & sick time Ten paid holidays Group medical Dental Mileage reimbursement
