The Maintenance Technician is responsible for answering service requests, getting apartments ready for occupancy, maintaining/repairing electrical, plumbing, drywall, small/large appliances and some light interior/exterior painting when needed. To qualify you must have 2+ years experience in building maintenance, have strong verbal communication skills, be able to lift up to 80 pounds, push/pull up to 200 pounds, have a valid driver's license, insurance and a vehicle.
