We are looking for reliable installers to join our family pool construction business. Premier Pools and Spas is seeking an Experienced Pool Equipment Setter. Qualifications: • Excavation Skills - ability to set fiberglass pools • Team Leadership Skills - able to run a crew • General Contractor Skills - plumbing, electrical, concrete work/forms, fencing around pools, and basic hardscaping • Exceed customer expectations Job Requirements: 2+ year successful experience in fiberglass installation or metal wall installation Must have high school diploma or equivalent Must have reliable transportation with valid driver’s license Must be able to pass random drug testing & have a clean background report Ideal Candidate Characteristics: Self-Starter Energetic Positive Attitude Teachable Team Player Ready to Work Person of Integrity Proficient on Basic Computer Functions Opportunities for advancement.
