SHREWSBURY, MA — Shrewsbury had 111 more coronavirus cases over the last two weeks, bringing it to over 600 confirmed cases, according to town-by-town data released by the state. But the town remained in the moderate-risk category, averaging 20.1 daily cases per 100,000 residents. That's up from 12.1 average daily cases last week. More than three-quarters of the state's cities and towns reported rising positive test rates. There have been 10,204 confirmed deaths and 192,050 confirmed cases statewide since the pandemic reached the Bay State in March. The statewide positive test rate rose to 3.2 percent, the highest level since early June.
