Triple T Mobile Home Park is looking for a full time Maintenance worker. Must have reliable transportation with valid drivers license and basic tools. Must pass a criminal background check and drug test. Duties include but are not limited to plumbing/sewer line repairs, mowing, tree trimming, painting, reading water/gas meters, trash clean up throughout the community and all common areas, etc. One year experience required. Starting pay $15.00/HR with vacation and holiday pay after one year of employment.
