Maintain and repair condominium buildings and grounds, including (but not limited to) small electrical jobs, minor plumbing, detecting leaks, painting, grass cutting and trimming, weed removal, snow removal, creating inventory of materials, ordering materials as needed, knowledge of use & maintenance of grounds equipment (John Deere gator, industrial size grass cutters, line trimmers, chain saw, leaf blowers, snow blowers). Schedule and prioritize jobs from work order submissions. Handyman skills and mechanical skills are preferred Full-time $18.00 per hour
