Mufasa is an almost 2 year old Chow Chow available for rehoming. He was given to me as a foster because he had severe food aggression. With time and training, we have gotten to a point where I can take his bowl from him, and take food from his mouth. We did this through positive reinforcement and trades. However i'd imagine when placed in a new home, the new owner would have to start all over again with trades, and earning his respect. HE IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO AN EXPERIENCED HOME. PLEASE RESEARCH THE BREED, CHOW CHOWS ARE NOTHING LIKE GERMAN SHEPHERDS, PIT BULLS, OR GOLDEN RETRIEVERS, They are a primitive breed that is more independent and cat like it nature. He is NOT available to a home with young children. He is good with cats and other dogs. He is vaccinated, up to date on flea and tick prevention and heartworm prevention. There IS a rehoming fee. He knows basic commands and walks pretty well on a leash. It will take time for him to bond with you when you first get him so don't smother him. But once he accepts you as his person he will let you do anything to him and will give you all the loyalty in the world. He weighs about 40lbs.
