We are Hopkins Lawn Care Service, and we are looking for a Crew Leader. If you love working with your hands, staying busy and making others around you better, please consider joining our team. We are looking for someone to grow with our company and make it even better. We have a clear growth and promotion schedule. Crew Leader is just the start. We are looking for a person that has at least 1yr of full-time landscaping experience of mowing with stand-up mower, backpack blower, weed wacker, edging, pruning, Mulch installs and spring/Fall clean. We are looking for a leader, not a boss. Pay $17.00 per/hr + bonus and commission on new customers Schedule: Monday-Saturday with choice of day off week. Duties include: Mowing, weeding, grass blowing, edging, hedging/pruning. mulch installation Directing crew members on jobsite ensuring quality of each site Good communication skills Requirements: Clean driving record Ability to haul and back in box trailer Attention to Detail Dependability Readiness to Learn and lead Strong Work Ethic
