HIRING Summer Positions (AMERICORPS TERMS & Seasonal Staff)
Enjoy learning about New Mexico ecosystems, help restore the natural lands of New Mexico, while earning money, and working outdoors this summer. Rocky Mountain Youth Corps is currently hiring for our Summer Program.
Corpsmember Positions are paid AmeriCorps terms of service in Taos, Taos Pueblo, and Bandelier National Monument. Members receive experience working with federal, state, tribal and local land managing agencies. Crewmembers work on maintaining trails, erosion control, invasive species removal, forest restoration, and more.
Assistant Crew Leaders support corpsmembers to achieve personal and professional growth. Assistant Crew Leaders support the completion of trail maintenance, erosion control, invasive species removal, forest restoration, and other crew projects. Locations include Taos, Taos Pueblo, and Bandelier National Monument.
Crew Supervisor are seasonal staff positions. Supervisors oversee the day-to-day operations of crews, and support the mission of youth development. The Supervisor will manage a diverse crew of participants between the ages of 17 and 25 in the safe and efficient completion of conservation or outreach projects in the outdoors, while providing structured opportunities for personal and professional development throughout the season.
