We are looking for a talented Crew Leader/Foreman to supervise technicians while also working in a hands-on capacity with the crew in completing projects for clients. This person is responsible for completing admin tasks, budgeting hours, ensuring safety, and interacting with customers. Key Jobs Includes, but is not limited to: Lead a crew of 2-4 Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plan Supervise the use of machinery Responsible for work completed by crew Morning Clock in Meet/Correspond with project manager Ensure equipment is ready for use Head up A.M. meeting for crew to address any issues and updates for sites Afternoon Meet with crew to address issues and updates for sites Take inventory of next day's requirements Meet/Correspond with project manager End of Day Coordinate with crew for next day's tasks Meet/Correspond with project manager Clock out Requirements & Benefits Our team members say it's great to work with us because of the awesome compensation, great incentives, room for growth, fun culture, great team members, and flexibility!
