Male cat looking for his forever home

I have a shorthair male orange cat looking for his forever home he gets along with other cats and people he is very lovable once he warms up to you. He isn't fixed or declawed He has had some vet care He looks to have been abandoned as he is very people friendly. I found him outside paid $230 at the vet to fix a nasty respiratory issue he had. He did go through a 15 day quarantine with anti-biotics every 12 hours to clear his respiratory issue. He has been clear with that for about 10 days. He still has some sound in his breathing though but I been told this will go away with time. I have named him 'Tom' but he comes to anything. He's new to meowing so he's quiet but starting to notice it gets your attention. He's playful but does not understand how to play nice yet. He can be rough but as time goes on I have been teaching him to be nicer. He loooooooooooves ear rubs and will turn into the biggest purball with ease. He is also a lap cat. Wants your attention 100% of the time. Not much for windows or going outsides. You can have him for a $25 rehoming fee.
