Now hiring TWO positions with experience in general construction work. Alltrade Construction Services specializes on residential HOA projects (carpentry, concrete, concrete grinding, doors, drywall, masonry, painting, stucco repair, welding, wood replacement, etc.) Founded in 1994 we have a long-standing reputation as a leader in our industry. Requirements and Knowledge Requirements: • MINIMUM 2 years’ experience in Construction • Ability to use both manual and power tools and follow operating guidelines • Must have your own reliable transportation with a valid CDL and insurance • Must have your own basic hand tools • Able to work well on a team, but can also work independently • Ability to read, write and speak English • Ability to pass a background check (required) • Position requires manual dexterity and the ability to maintain physical activity for most of the day - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and hold or lift a variety of objects - Able to carry, bend, stoop, turn, kneel, crawl, climb a ladder and other manual labor activities Full Time: Monday-Friday Work Locations: Various locations throughout Orange County Please email your resume.
