Description

Our Dalmation Balloon Mollie female has had too many babies! The father is a jet black Sailfin Mollie. The parents are separated into two tanks now, but before I could get a second tank set up and established, well... Anyway, I can't have this many fish. The babies are beautiful and a literal grab-bag of coloration and body shape. I have every color from blonde to jet black, spotted dalmation, black with white bellies, brown with spots, and orange/gold with dalmation spots. It's too cool! They are in various stages of development, as the Mollies are live bearers and deliver their fry in batches. Some are several months old and some are just a few weeks or less. Their color develops further as they get older. They are all healthy and have been fun to watch, but I have to reclaim these tanks and get on with it. If you want fish, there is a minimal rehoming fee. For the youngest, 50 cents each. Mid-aged (1-2 months), $1 each. The oldest are $2 each. **Pics were not easy to get, but I posted what I could. Last few photos are the mom and dad. The smaller fish are in a nursery "tank" that floats in the big tank. Remember, Mollies are small! I zoomed in for detail. The largest fish that I have to rehome are about 1/2 to 3/4 inch long. They go down in size all the way to about 3/16".
