House interior painting & Re-do flooring - 2 jobs

We have two jobs. If you can do one or both, let us know. 1. First job is we want to repaint the walls of our living room, dining room, and hallway white. It's a yellow gold color right now. This would include some minor hole patching from previously hung wall decorations. The is vaulted beam ceiling, so the lowest point is 11 ft and the highest is 14 ft. It's been measured and the total square footage is 800 sq ft. The area is shown in the pictures except for the hallway which is 15'x3' and there are 4 doors and to paint around in the hallway (bathroom and bedrooms). The end of the hallway is all storage cabinets, so nothing to paint on that wall. 2. Second job is we want to do re-do the floor in the dining room, kitchen, and hallway. That entails taking out the carpet. These will be tile floors (see last picture for example), so you need to know how to lay tile i.e. mortar, cut, grout, and transition from tile to carpet where the bedrooms are. If the style of tile we want is available by the time we do the job, we'll pivot to doing laminate floors. The square footage on the floor is 634 sq ft. It's less than the walls since we have a raised tiled entrance which you can see in the pictures. In either job, we will buy all the materials except for tools where necessary (like tile cutter) as you will provide that. We're looking for a quote on the labor. This job is for possibly this weekend or next week. We have some flexibility on the start date. We are looking for a price for the job, not by the hour.
