HUNTINGTON, NY — Book Revue, the Huntington community's longtime book store, has partnered with three Huntington School District buildings for their Holiday Book Fair Fundraisers. All money raised will go to the schools' respective PTAs for student events and activities. Jefferson Primary, Jack Abrams STEM School, and Woodhull Intermediate are hosting fairs that run through Dec. 31, according to Book Revue. Community members in Huntington, as well as across Long Island, are invited to participate. Participants are welcome to shop online on the Book Revue website or at the 313 New York Ave. storefront. When shopping in the store, let the sales associate at the register know which school your purchase is supporting, and 20 percent of your transaction will be donated back to the school. Those buying online will see an option to enter a coupon code during checkout. At this point, you may enter JEFFERSON, JACKABRAMS, or WOODHULL, and one-fifth of your purchase will be donated to your school of choice. Online shoppers can head directly to the Book Revue site and start shopping, or they can start by visiting any of the school book fair page links below: Jefferson Primary SchoolJack Abrams STEM SchoolWoodhull IntermediateThese pages contain lists with books and gifts designed to engage the interests of kids of all ages. You can find craft and activity kits, puzzles, STEM games, journals, and all kinds of books from graphic novels, to kid's cookbooks, to fantastic fiction and fantasy. And the fair isn't just for kids — all items purchased, both for children and adults, count towards the fundraiser, so you can shop for everyone on your list and support local Huntington schools. Orders placed online can be picked up in the store; curbside delivery is available. They can also be shipped to an address provided during checkout. Book Revue is open daily; from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday. Masks are required to enter the store, and customers are asked to maintain social distancing while shopping.
