Found a dog in my complex in spring valley/La presa area. He was with another dog but it was too scared to come to me. Unfortunately he does not get along with my dog so I will be taking him to San Diego County Animal services on sweetwater road. He is not microchipped. Other than not getting along with my dog, he is so sweet.
