Press release from the Town of Shrewsbury: September 30, 2020 Pursuant to Chapter 427 of the Acts of 2006, each household with a registered voter will receive the following information concerning the local ballot questions to appear on the November 3, 2020 Election Ballot: (1) the full text of the questions; (2) a fair and concise summary of the questions, including a 1- sentence statement describing the effect of a yes or no vote, prepared by the town counsel of the town; and (3) arguments for and against the questions written by principal proponents and opponents.
